Board Purpose: To support The City of Oklahoma City's community and economic development initiatives and with the broad powers to carry out those initiatives. To administer General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds and oversight of Oklahoma City's Tax Increment Financing Districts.

Meeting Location: City Council Chambers 200 N Walker, 3rd Floor.

Meeting Time: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m.

Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority (OCURA)

Board Purpose: To undertake and carry out urban renewal projects within its area of operation in accordance with the City's adopted Urban Renewal Plan.

Oklahoma Industries Authority

The Authority was created on December 15, 1966 as the successor to Oklahoma Industries, Inc., a private development corporation founded in Oklahoma City in 1945.

Board Purpose: To promote and encourage the development of industry and commerce in Oklahoma County and to provide facilities, employment opportunities and activities which will benefit and strengthen the economy and welfare of the area. To acquire properties, construct or enlarge suitable facilities for the accomplishment of this industrial and economic expansion. To lease facilities, capital equipment and other improvements to responsible firms and organization for use in the expansion of the economy, health, welfare and improvement of the area. To provide funds for the costs of acquiring, financing, construction, maintenance, and otherwise perpetuating the properties of the Authority.

Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust

The Trust was adopted on December 15, 1962. Its purposes being to promote the development of industry, culture, manufacturing and educational activities within and without the territorial limits of Oklahoma City. To lease, rent and furnish and provide such buildings, improvements and facilities. To purchase, acquire, construct, reconstruct, extend, install, maintain, repair, supply, enlarge, remodel, sell, lease or otherwise deal in any property, building, improvements and facilities to be sold, leased or furnished.
