The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City works closely with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, MAPS and the City of OKC to better coordinate land, incentives and economic tools that make Oklahoma City profitable and attractive to companies and developers. PAGE WOODSON

Built in 1910, the restoration of this beautiful school in Oklahoma City includes affordable housing, community meeting and performance space.

700 WEST

New and innovatively designed downtown apartments and residential areas encourage urban living and improve the downtown Oklahoma City experience; benefiting residents and visitors!

HOMELAND

Construction on the Homeland grocery store at N.E. 36th and Lincoln is currently underway. The store is slated to open in fall 2021!

INNOVATION DISTRICT

The Innovation District encompasses 1.3 square miles just east of downtown Oklahoma City. It is home to organizations spanning Oklahoma’s diverse sectors – health, energy, aerospace, technology and more.​

BOULEVARD PLACE

Boulevard Place will be an eight-story, mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and Shields Boulevard. It will feature 241 residential units, including an affordable housing component.

OMNI OKLAHOMA CITY HOTEL

The newly opened four-diamond Omni hotel is one of the largest private investments in Oklahoma, with Omni assuming the construction and operating risks.

STOCKYARDS MASTER PLAN

The Stockyards City Master Plan is a framework of community revitalization recommendations that seeks to harness the significant physical, cultural, and economic assets of Oklahoma City’s Stockyards City District.

A community Vision Plan that will include urban design features such as building use, building height, building type and style, land use, public space, and street design.

 OKLAHOMA CITY CONVENTION CENTER

With the adjoining Omni Oklahoma City hotel, the convention center will meet many of the demands of today’s conventions and the diverse needs of their attendees. The convention center will potentially increase the Omni hotel's demand by more than 25 percent in the two years after it is built.

SCISSORTAIL PARK

Scissortail Park is a transformational economic development asset. One of the final MAPS 3 projects, it’s the catalyst for a nearly $1 billion investment in private and public development projects all coming online within a two-year window around the park.

21c Hotel_Film Row District in Oklahoma

21C MUSEUM HOTEL

Once a Ford Motor Assembly Plant, the 21 C Museum hotel has helped revitalize old Film Row in Oklahoma City.

FIRST NATIONAL CENTER

Built in 1931, this building was once the star of Oklahoma City. The renovation project currently underway will positively impact downtown.

BAKER HUGHES RESEARCH CENTER

Located in the innovation district, Baker Hughes opened their 95,000 square-foot Global Research Center.
