Leana Dozier holds a bachelor's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Leana joined the Alliance for Economic Development in 2019. Previously, she worked for the City of Oklahoma City for thirteen years. Ms. Dozier started out as a Project Manager and ended her time at the city serving as a Construction and Engineering Prequalification Manager.

Leana now uses her previous management experience with the city to serve as  director of policy, planning and partnerships programs for the Alliance of Economic Development of Oklahoma City in various projects ranging from residential to corporate and community centered renovations.
