Supporting local businesses

The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber has launched a campaign to encourage residents to support small businesses. Stand Tall and Shop Small for OKC is a way to support local business owners and preserve the small businesses that make Oklahoma City unique.

As many businesses have begun reopening after COVID-19 closures, the campaign is a reminder about how important it is to support local businesses. It’s also a way we can help now. Whether it’s buying from shop owners online, scheduling a time to visit their store, or popping in, we can all make a difference.

Local businesses are owned by people who are part of the community – their families live, work and play here. Oklahoma City is fortunate to have a vital mix of small businesses that provide jobs to so many of our residents and contribute unique experiences and flavors to our community.
