The Alliance issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs), which seek specific development needs, and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), which solicit expertise for particular services. These opportunities support strategic redevelopment and are intended for developers, architects, contractors, and other professionals interested in transforming targeted sites and delivering essential services.
OCURA Request for Proposals for Residential Development at the former Truman Elementary School Site
RFP for qualified residential developers for the purchase of land and construction of for-sale residences such as single-family homes with or without accessory dwelling units (ADUs), duplexes, condominiums, townhomes or similar small-scale residential housing products on OCURA-owned land. The approximately 6.5-acre subject property, commonly referred to as the Truman Site, includes the former Truman Elementary School land and is located within the Culbertson East Highland (CEH) Neighborhood, which lies within the John F. Kennedy (JFK) Urban Renewal Area.
