OCURA Request for Proposals for Residential Development of Certain Property in the area
known as South of 8th (So8th)
The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority (OCURA) invites proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of 24 residential parcels located near NE 6th St, NE 5th St, N Kelley Ave, and N Stonewall Ave within the area known as South of 8th (So8th). OCURA is partnering with Presbyterian Health Foundation (PHF) to offer its property in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
