The Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority (OCRA) is a public trust created by the City to manage TIF districts, oversee redevelopment projects, and support economic development. Governed by a seven-member board appointed by the Mayor with City Council approval, OCRA promotes the growth and revitalization of industrial, commercial, retail, and public spaces to strengthen the city’s economic prosperity.
