Monserrat is a proud Mexican American professional and a first-generation college graduate. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics & International Business from Oklahoma State University in 2023.

Monserrat joined The Alliance in May 2024 as a project Assistant, where she has been a key player in assisting small business owners across the OKC metro area with valuable business improvement strategies. In addition, Monserrat currently manages Foreign Trade Zone 106, helping Oklahoma businesses import products more efficiently, cost-effectively, and competitively in today’s global market.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Monse is passionate about contributing to the growth and prosperity of her community. With a deep commitment to addressing local economic challenges, she is eager to take an even more active role in shaping solutions that will foster long-term economic resilience and growth.
