Olen joined The Alliance as Senior Project Manager in January 2020. Before joining The Alliance he worked for a local commercial real estate company as a Business Manager where he was responsible for property management and maintenance operations. Olen graduated from East Central University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications in 2010.
